Vibework

They make people faster. We do the work.

Every AI tool on your shortlist helps one person finish one task, then forgets.

The problem

Growth has always meant more people.

To do twice the work, you hire twice the people. Every services business is priced on that rule.

The problem

The knowledge is in a few heads.

One person prices a job better than everyone else. That capability does not scale, and it leaves when they do.

The loop

Capture how your best person works.

From a conversation that went well, distilled into a skill on the spot. Not a documentation project nobody finishes.

The loop

Then everyone works that way.

People and AI agents run the same standard, in one governed system.

The loop

And it gets better every time it runs.

Outcomes are measured per skill. One correction becomes standing guidance for every later run, for everyone.

The work

A deliverable. Not an answer.

Documents in your own template, decks, spreadsheets, sites and small apps, with every version kept and the method beside it.

The work

Some of it never waits to be asked.

A routine runs on a schedule, or the moment something happens: an email arrives, a lead lands in the CRM, an order comes in.

The work

And it acts where the work already lives.

Your CRM, your ERP, your ticketing system. A record updated, a mail sent as you, an answer back in the thread it came from. Not a file you carry across by hand.

The terms

The boundary holds even when the model is fooled.

Every job sealed, running as the person who asked. Limits enforced by the system, never by the model.

The promise

Work that learns. Organisations that remember.

Each pass makes the work better, and the improvement stays with you.

Who this is for

Organisations where growth has always meant hiring.

Consultancies and advisory firms. Professional services. Agencies. In-house teams that produce documents, analyses, proposals and reports for other people.

The common thread is not an industry. It is that a handful of your people are noticeably better at a job than everyone else, and the organisation feels it every time those people are busy, on holiday, or gone.

Ch. 1 · The Loop in detail

How one person’s way of working becomes everyone’s.

Six steps. Today most of them happen by hand, once per person, and none of it is kept.

Pass 01 Capture

The second pass is the product. The first one is just automation.

  1. 01

    Expert knowledge is captured

From a conversation that went well, distilled into a skill on the spot. It is not a documentation project nobody finishes.

  2. 02

    It becomes executable

A skill, a rule, a template, an approval gate, a quality check. The way your best person works, written down in a form that runs.

  3. 03

People and AI agents use it

One governed system, not a human process beside an AI process. A less experienced colleague operates inside a model shaped by expert judgement.

  4. 04

    Outcomes are measured

Was the deliverable kept, edited or discarded? Rolled up per skill, so a skill that is degrading is visible before anyone complains.

  5. 05

    The work improves

One sentence about what should be different next time becomes standing guidance for every later run, once an authorised human approves it.

  6. 06

    It compounds

One person’s correction becomes everyone’s, because the memory sits with the organisation rather than the individual. Capacity stops tracking headcount.

Ch. 2 · The Work

What comes back, and what changes.

Word documents in your own template, decks, spreadsheets, reports, published sites, small internal apps. A live preview beside the conversation, not a download.

Click any line of what came back and you get two distinct verbs. Comment is addressed to a person and changes nothing. Ask Vibework to change it changes the document. “Should this include the academy hours?” and “remove the academy hours” are different acts, so they are different buttons.

Every version kept, comparable, restorable, with a record of who asked for what.

A conversation Something you can send

The pieces

A job is made of more than a prompt.

Everything below is written and changed by your own people, in ordinary language. Together they are how a piece of work actually gets done.

Skills

How your best person does a job, captured from a real conversation and then available to everyone.

Rules

What the work is checked against. A departure is recorded, with the decision attached to it.

Documents

The policies and standards the work has to follow: owned, adopted, reviewed, with the reason for every change beside it.

Apps

A dashboard, a tracker, a form. Described in conversation, running inside Vibework, reaching your systems only through permissions you grant one at a time.

Routines

Work that runs on a schedule, or the moment something happens: an email arrives, a lead lands in the CRM, an order comes in, a document is signed.

Memory

What the organisation has learned about its own work, kept separate from what any one person has learned, and added to only on purpose.

One job, end to end

Writing a client proposal.

Your best proposal lead writes one differently from everyone else. She reads the brief first, checks it against what similar work actually cost, knows which terms to push back on, and knows which numbers the client will question.

Today the proposal waits for her. When she is away it goes out weaker, and none of what she knows is written down anywhere.

In Vibework that job is made of six things your own people wrote.

The proposal lead still decides. Everyone else can now work the way she does.

Day one

You do not start with an empty system.

Vibework arrives already knowing how sales, finance, legal, HR, marketing, operations, product and engineering tend to work. Your people change it into how you work by talking to it, not by filling in a blank page.

Ch. 3 · The Terms

Your rules hold, even when the AI is wrong.

An AI system does not only have to survive someone attacking it. It has to survive being talked into something by a document it was asked to read. Three things hold either way, because none of them depend on the model behaving.

It reaches only what you can

Work runs as the person who asked for it, using their own sign-in. Vibework can never open a file that person could not open themselves.

You approve what matters

Anything consequential stops at an approval gate with the amount, the terms, and where the number came from. Approve it, delegate it, or send it back.

Every action is on the record

Who asked, what ran, what it touched. Answerable months later, which is the question a regulator actually asks.

Where the difference actually sits

Not feature lists. Where things live, and what enforces them.

An agent, as the word is usually usedVibework
What comes out An answer in a chat. You carry it onward yourself. A deliverable. A document in your template, a report, a change, a proposal someone approves.
Where the method lives In the vendor’s setup, as prompts and connectors. Changing it is a support request. In your own skills, rules, documents, apps and routines, written and changed by your own people. The core platform knows nothing about your business.
What enforces limits Instructions in a system prompt, which hold until the model reads something persuasive. The system. Each job isolated, running as the person who asked, and the approval gate is code rather than a sentence.
Memory Per person, deliberately cautious. Nothing is remembered across the company. Per organisation, over your own work, with the personal and the shared kept apart and provenance on every write.
Doing it again Every conversation starts from nothing. The same job run again carries how it went last time, so the result converges.
Who builds it Central IT or developers, behind a queue. The people closest to the work. Changing a process takes days rather than quarters.
Ownership You rent a capability for as long as the subscription runs. What you build stays yours, including the memory of the work. Nothing is used to train a model.

You own the work, and the way you do it.

What you put in

Everything you send and everything it produces, including its memory of your work. Exportable on request, deleted on request, never used to train a model.

What you teach it

A skill captured from your conversation is how your best person does a job. It does not become part of our product and is never shared with another customer.

Whose model runs it

Use your own AI subscription if you prefer, billed to you under your own agreement. “We don’t want an American model” is a setting, not a migration.

What you put in stays yours.

Your work, your skills and your organisation’s memory of how it works stay in one place you approve. Export them whenever you want. Delete them and they are gone, memory included. Nothing you put in is ever used to train a model.

Connected

It does the work where the work already lives.

Whatever your organisation actually runs on. The CRM, the ERP, the ticketing system, finance, the document store, the place people talk. Vibework updates the record, sends the mail, answers in the thread and moves the item, rather than handing you something to copy across by hand.

Connections follow an open standard, so bringing in a new system is a setup job rather than a development project. Every connection is made by each person with their own sign-in, so Vibework can only ever touch what the person asking could touch themselves, and each kind of action is approved on its own.

Ch. 4 · Questions

The questions that decide it.

How is this different from an AI assistant?

Ask one question of any tool in this category: what is left when the conversation is over?

An assistant leaves a better draft with one person. Vibework leaves three things: the deliverable itself, the method it used written down where your people can change it, and a record of how it went that makes the next run better.

What does it actually produce?

Finished work, and finished actions. The work is files: Word documents in your own template, presentations, spreadsheets, reports, published websites and small internal tools, shown as a live preview beside the conversation rather than arriving as a download.

The actions are changes in whatever systems your organisation runs on. A record updated in the CRM. A line posted to finance. A mail sent as you. An answer back in the thread it came from. A ticket moved on. Connections follow an open standard, so a system we have not met yet is a setup job rather than a development project.

Each action runs under the sign-in of the person who asked, is approved for that kind of action rather than granted once and forgotten, and is on the record afterwards. Reading something never quietly becomes permission to change it.

Where does our data live, and who owns what?

In one environment you approve, and it does not move. Everything you put in and everything it produces, including its memory of your work, is yours: exportable on request, deleted on request, and never used to train a model.

A skill captured from your conversation is your way of working. It does not become part of our product and is never shared with another customer.

Can it reach our systems without widening anyone’s access?

Every connection is made by each person with their own sign-in, so Vibework can only reach what the person asking could reach themselves. There is no shared company login with standing access.

Project sources are links, never copies, and each opens under the sign-in of whoever is asking, so adding a source cannot give anyone access they did not already have.

Which AI model does it use, and can we choose?

You choose, and you can change your mind later. Vibework is deliberately not built around one provider: the model is a setting, so moving to a European provider, or to whichever model is best for a given job, is a change in one place rather than a rebuild.

You can also bring your own subscription. Usage is then billed to you and governed by the agreement you already hold with that provider, which keeps the commercial and legal relationship where you want it.

Name one job your best person does better than everyone else.

We will show you what it looks like when the whole organisation can do it that way. Thirty minutes, and you will see it running on your own work.
